Assessment and investigations
- Perform anamnesis, clinical assessment, and basic lab tests
Management escalation pathway
- Apply local therapy (topical ultra-high and high potency corticosteroids)
- Prescribe second-generation antihistamines
- Continue ICPI and monitor
