AE possibly related to both ICI and TKI

G≤1 or tolerable G2

• continue both agents
• supportive care
• monitor for signs of worsening

Intolerable G2 or G≥3

• hold both ICI and TKI
• if improvement in ≤7 days (in case of axitinib) or ≤14 days (in case of cabozantinib): suspect TKI; restart ICI as indicated
• if no improvement in 14 days: suspect ICI; restart TKI as indicated

CTCAE grading
grade 1: mild (a/paucisymptomatic)

grade 2: moderate (minimal symptoms)

grade 3: severe (hospitalisation often required)

grade 4: life threatening
